After escalating my claim, I finally received my order of 2 solar fountains. I do believe I have learned alot about checking out a company before ordering from them. I can't tell you if I would have received my order, had I not escalated my claim and got the attention of the seller, but I really don't want to go through that again, if I do not do my homework. The solar fountains do work but I believe they could state more details in the description, as they do in the sketchy instructions. They are low powered and only work when the sun is shining. As soon as a touch of cloud cover goes by, they go down to a very minimal flow or off until the sun shines on them again. They do not hold any charge. I can deal with this but I would have liked to have that detail in the description as I was deciding on whether or not they were worth the price. Anyway, the main point is, I would not recommend doing business with this company again. One thing that should have tipped me off is finding contact information to ask about the product. Trying to contact the company is pretty much non existent, or at least, I couldn't find a way to speak to anyone.
