$50 promotional offer when you link your bank account

I linked my bank account to Paypal to receive $50.00 for a promotional offer. When will I receive that money?

What are the terms for receiving the $50 promotion when you verify your account? 

I just verified it today and I just wanted to know how long it takes or are there any other steps need in order to qualify. After I verified I did not receive any kind of notification stating I would be getting a credit. Where can I find the terms?

I saw this promotion when I logged in last week.. I went out & got a bank account, and now I can't findthe promo link..! It doesn't show up on my account page anymore... I though the offer was good until 12/30...?!?!

I also did this and am wondering if you recieve it. I called paypal and asked about it and they said that they give it to you when you purchase somthing with your bank account "they THINK"

I did this three days ago when I first saw the link, on the 15th.  I immediately went and verified my account with Instant Verification.

The promotional link has since disappeared, and there has been no word from PayPal about when, where (paypal account or bank account), or in what form (cash, or purchase credit) I will receive the $50.  Not even so much as an email confirmation.

I got the exact same '$50for getting verified" i was on my screen everytime i loggoed onto PayPal until I DID IT!

I'v ecalled and called. PayPal says its 'another company' that does the promotions and transfers you to them. When I asaked this next 'rep' what the name of the company is, she said "Ummm, um, wel, um its paypal?" yes, she said it exactly like that, like a teenager who hopes you will believe they did their homework with that 'hope she is buyinging all that i'm saying here" tone of voice. I'm pretty perturbed. They ( 3 reps total)said they have SO MANY promotions, it's not could not possible tell me what they are."  I get a lot of  "UM...idk"  in a question tone of voice for each reply...  all said, 6 -8  weeks for the $50 credit... 2 MONTHS?! I aske  asked for an email, she said their system was not user friendly so she could not emial me. Also have been told there is no way of knowing what promo I did, and no way to look it up. WHAT??!! I googled PayPal Alternatives. 

I reccomend it. PayPal is no longer the ONLY Way. One is even owned and opperated by American Express. AMX does not mess around w/ customer service. They respect us and they value us. PayPal is acting like they've gotten too big for their britches

I just got off a 10 minute phone call with paypals machine, then customer service, then transfered to account specialist.  The account specialist said that in order to receive the $50 we had to verify the account then make one purchase using that bank account as the funding source, then in 6 to 8 weeks paypal would credit our account $50.  Just thought I would relay that to all of you.

6 to 8 weeks for the $50...thats quite a while..and its been almost a week since i was due a refund on an item purchased..i am in constant contact with the seller and he assured me it was p[aid on his end..why does paypal sit on this money for so long???
