Paypal told me I'd get 5 dollars cash back in my account if I signed up to pay with my checking account. So I signed up and paid with my checking account. And have yet to receive any cash back. Has this happened to anyone else?
I hate to be a downer and I do hope you get the $5 but I wouldn't count on it. I remember over a year ago the "go paperless and get 1000 rewards points" campaign. I never saw the 1000 points and the customer service rep on the phone in India or wherever was of no help.
the same thing happened to me and I finally got it resoved after several emails to them....they even tried to tell me that I never completed their form correctly until I sent them a copy of their own confirmation email stating that I had ...I never got the money in my bank account though ...they put it into my paypal account so I had to spend it on ebay. : (
Very frustrating to say the least !! Now I've joined their "Bill me Later" program and I can't find anywhere to pay the bill...they were offering $10 credit and $10 bonus bucks...Now the waiting game begins : (
