I posted a vehicle ad on eBay Motors and received a $10 off coupon on my next eBay purchase via PayPal. I just won an item, applied the correct coupon code, it showed in subtotal, but when I hit submit, it "disappeared" and I was charged the full amount...?
I had the exact same coupon. I had to type it into two seperate boxes. On my paypal, it still charged me the $8.99 that the product was, however when I click on the details it says 8.99- 8.99 coupon = 0, but again, it still deducted 8.99 from my account and has not issued a credit!
