I made a purchase of an industrial tool for more than 1,500 dollars and it did not arrive, it says delivered and they took a photo of it but I do not have it and they did not collect the signature of receipt as requested by Ebay because it is an expensive product.

I filed the complaint here in Paypal and I already sent the emails of the conversation I had with the eBay agent and the emails that the seller sent me saying that for that amount a signature for receipt is not required when a signature for receipt is required.
