On November 30th my Paypal was hacked and someone took the money and I had to let Paypal refund the amount ( It happened twice and they refunded the money). All was good. However on Dec 7 of 2020. there is a very weird charge named " Omar ALABD IAT PAYPAL" for the amount of $10.40. After research apparently "IAT" is a bank fee for international transfers. Any idea on how i can get a refund on this IAT transaction??
