About a week or two ago, I ordered a gaming cartridge from a site called eCRATER. I haven't heard anything from them till now, but I'm not sure if it's actually them. They gave me a few emails about it being shipped, plus PayPal telling me about the shipment information. On PayPal, it says that the shipper is 'other' but gives me the shipment number. What I found funny was that at the very top it says it was an automated message and to not reply. I replied anyways and someone replied right away. So, that was one red flag. Next, I saw what shipment company they put it through: 17Track. I went to 17Track to look up my shipment since I got three emails telling me that it's been shipped. I looked up the tracking number and said that it wasn't found. So, I started doing some digging about 17Track to see if it was actually safe or not. I actually did the same thing with eCRATER and it's legitimate, so I'm not sure how these people got a hold of my shipment. Anyways, 17Track isn't safe from what I see. Apparently, they are fraudulent and take your money, saying your shipment has been shipped, but will most likely not go to the place you intended it to go to and get something else completely different in return. Does anyone know how to resolve an issue such as this? All I've seen is that if you want to make a refund, you'd have to talk with the person that issued the shipping. Any help would be great.
