I got 2 unauthorized charges in my Paypal account on July 16. Two amounts US$104.33 and 103.77 both paid to SEA Gamer Mall Sdn. Bhd. which I do not recognize and unauthorized. I used the Paypal dispute option to file a complaint about these 2 charges and the next day I received a report from the Resolution Center stating that the transactions were not unauthorized(?) and hence couldn't be covered under the PayPal Purchase Protection and immediately closed my case without any call or verification from my end.
What kind of Buyer Protection is this??? How can I escalate this case up further as I refuse to be made to pay for something I didn't actually use or authorize? Any help appreciated! Thanks.
