So, I recently sold a gaming PC on eBay and someone messaged me change the shipping address because his grandpa got in a car crash and he was heading to Delaware. So, me not knowing that this wasn't the actual buyer I switched the address and shipped it and it's delivered. Now the actual buyer has paid and he does not have the gaming PC and he wants a refund. And now I am left with no PC is there anything I can do in this situation or is it over?
