I ordered 4 items from this place on April 10 totaling $87. I thought Pay Pal rejected payments to companies that are not legit. I have read several statements on Pay Pal that this company is not reputable. How do I get my money back??

This seller is not legitimate. They did a bait and switch with a car organizer with a video and pictures of drink holder and slots but what they sent me was just an open pocket that does not even stay put. Completely unusable. I have photos of what I ordered and what they sent me. They then use the high cost of shipping it back to try and extort an agreement for less money. I did some checking in AMGT Technology and they are scammer business. Usually I don't fall victim to these because I am smart enough not to use sellers who don't accept Paypal but it seems like the new scam is for them to accept Paypal then ship you utter garbage then negotiate for a partial payment using the shipping as leverage. SCAM!!!

I was also scammed by AMGT Technology Co Limited. 
(AMGT, DISO, NC, SZ, ZG)

They used the videos, pictures and description of a Shefit sports bra (shefit dot com) as advertisement and sold me a knockoff under the name "PROTA".
I emailed them the same day I received it (May 13 2020), politely asking for a refund.
I got no reply.

I sent another email to a second address, including the original mail within it, and, again, politely ask for a refund.
I received automated reply asking pictures of the item with tracking number and SKU.
Which I sent them right away.
I got no reply.

I forwarded all three emails to the address associated with their paypal account
I got no reply.

I contacted them THROUGH Paypal and they told me that they would only refund me IF they received the parcel first. They then offered me a 20% partial refund stating that I could keep the item.
I told them I wanted I full refund and return the item to them.

They refused to give me their return address and followed by offering me a 30% partial
refund.

They openly used the high cost of shipping it back to extort an agreement for less money.
I was done being played with and I escalated it to Paypal. 
I am still waiting on Paypal's answer to my request.

Update on my case:

Technology Co Limited has answered to my opened case to get a refund for selling me a knockoff. 

In order to give me my full refund, they demand that I return their package to an invalid address in China for "them" to receive it in 5 business days. ( Which is impossible from Canada )

I have currently no way to escalate this further with Paypal, as my only current options is to either enter a postal tracking number or close the case.   Either way I will not get my refund. 

The current system clearly favors the scammers as Paypal doesn't check the validity of those return addresses as well as the conditions for receiving our refunds. 

Also, I am surprised that "Technology Co Limited" (AMGT, DISO, NC, SZ, ZG) is still allowed to use Paypal as a payment platform when hundreds of identical complaints have been made already against them in this community forum.

I have complained ad nauseum to Paypal about them begging them to look at the community post and how they and similar Chinese sellers are DESTROYING Paypal's credibility.  One closed case had 94 "me too"s on it!  And that is just one case that was closed because the answer was fight them through your credit card.  Not an option in my case because I had a positive balance in my Paypal account.
