ASOS Order missing but payment charged

Paid an order for ASOS through Paypal but the order was not recorded on ASOS but the payment went through in Paypal. I called my bank to revert the charges but they told me only Paypal is able to cancel the charges. I saw there's an option to 'cancel' the payment under Activity, but I can't seem to find that option. Now the status in Paypal shows 'Authorisation' and my bank statement already reflect the charge, yet my order in ASOS is nowhere to be found.
How do I cancel this nightmare?
