ATOL Protected

I have booked flights with Flybe however as they have folded the flights have been cancelled. I paid for the flights using PayPal and I was wondering if PayPal is ATOL protected?

Paypal is not a travel agent.

You can try opening a dispute for non receipt of service OR try a claim from any insurance you took out.
