So I've been using Paypal for many years. Thinking it was very secure, now I've got 3 charges made to booking.com BV? And my password didn't even work until I had the verification sent to my phone.

The question is how on earth are they able to achieve an overdraft when I've only got $40 in my bank account? And I can't even achieve an overdraft?!

From your experiences what happens to an overdraft fee? Is this waivered and should I report this to my bank, police, etc? Or just remain calm and have paypal sort this out?

I am sorry to hear that your PayPal account was compromised. Once you have reported the unauthorized activity to PayPal, we will complete a full review on the account and after the unauthorized activity is confirmed a full refund will be issued to you. 

Regarding the overdraft fees. Please contact your bank and advise them of the unauthorized activity on your PayPal account. Most banks will reverse any overdraft charges applied to your bank account due to the unauthorized activity.

Hi, How do I report an issue that wont show up on my PayPal account but is showing on my bank statement. My account has been hacked twice and PayPal are not responding to me .
