I am Md Al-Amin Mia freelancer marketer at Upwork. I am in a trouble with my PayPal account. Honestly I am from Bangladesh. In our country PayPal didn't start their activities. But I took help of my friends to open an account on PayPal in Feb 2017, who is living in USA. I used her address and phone number. I have made few transactions about $2400 USD. All are now in my account wallet since 2017. But I cant' withdraw this fund after that due to account limitations ! Is there anyone can help to fix the issue ! N.B: I don't have any verifying documents at all. Thanks !

Its against paypal rules to open an account in a country where you are not a resident and it would never work properly for you.

You would never be able to verify that account or withdraw any funds so they are basically lost to you.

Paypal is NOT supported in your country.
