Account under limitation

Hi everyone, My name is Pritam, I am a developer basically I have sale website on different platforms. But Today PayPal put my account under limitations and asking for upload 1. inventory receipts 2.Vendor/supplier information But in my case I don't have any supplier because I developed everything my self. ANd what is  inventory receipts. I don't understand. what to do. Please can anyone suggest something?
