After 180 days.

It’s post 180 days and I still can’t get my money out and it’s already past 4 days PayPal sent me a mail to come get my money. I discovered I can’t withdraw with my cash card and also I can’t send out only option is check and direct deposit to bank or card. But currently my bank is inactive and I cannot risk it so I need to know if I can use another bank information that’s not in my name like a friend’s account to get my money, I’ve already waited this long for crying out loud. 180 days, I just want to get my money out. Please help!!!!!

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Whichever way it is I have to add a bank. But my bank is inactive for now. They should probably allow me use a Friend or another family members account. I just want to be sure I can do that before anything. They won’t even pick my calls.
