Hello there,
About a month and a half ago our PayPal account got limited, and we were asked to provide over 10 forms and documents to lift the limitations. Upon submitting all the forms and documents, we were asked to submit additional 5 forms and documents, but some of them were asking for the same documents we have already sent!
Naturally, we went to PayPal's message center to ask about this weird duplicated document request, but 3 different agents literally told us that they don't know what to do, and then just proceeded to close the ticket without providing us with an answer.
Therefore, we would like to know if there is any email that we can use to reach out to more... qualified PayPal personnel to get an actual explanation about the whole situation.
