I opened a dispute, and answer
"We've completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favor."
What should I do?

Go to the closed cases in the resolution center and pdf your proof of incorrect address and upload it to the case when requested.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

There's supposed to be an appeal button next to the closed case. But THERE ISN'T ANY! PayPal is doing such a bad job on appealing the buyers. I bought an $60 software, the company tricked me into buying it. I didn't know it's already bought when I clicked on the "Continue" button, wanting to view more info. There must be some bribe going on between them. If you find any legal way, please leave comments!
