I really need to articulate my points better, methinks.
This is how this very simply scam works.
I sell a television on eBay for £200 I Receive payment from the seller for just that amount. I now know that so long As I don't send the buyer anything, then I will be fine. The buyer fails to receive anything from me, so now the buyer now has to open a claim thr0ough PayPal because they haven't received their order. I now know that so long as I send the seller something, then I will be fine. I will still have my £200 while the buyer has nothing. Paypal and it's very outdated system encouraged this kind of behaviour. Are you a victim of the same scam?
