Asking me to confirm bank account to remove limitation, but it is already confirmed!

Hi,

I have an account limitation, provided proof of address and proof of identity, and now it is asking me to confirm my Paypal account using my bank account (confirm bank account), but my bank account is already confirmed! What do I need to do to solve this? Thank you.

Thanks Paula. I've added a new credit card and confirmed it, and it worked! So all solved. 🙂

Hi smashy2020 and welcome, 

 

That is strange as generally, we would not look for you to confirm something that is already confirmed. Do you maybe have a second account added that we might be looking for you to confirm? If not then please send an email via the "Help & Contact" link stating that your bank is already confirmed and request that this be added to your limitation so it can be reviewed for you.

hello 

I am having exactly the same problem.

They ask confirm bank with status CONFIRMED. Bank is already confirmed i have done withdraws paypal -> bank few week ago.

Now i need to make new withdraw and there is a notification to confirm BANK. As i go through process clicking Next > next > resolve > .... i end up in main home screen. So frustrating 😭

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into an issue where you're asked to confirm an already-confirmed bank. Please contact customer service to allow a representative to look into what's going on.

I have the same problem. Tried to call customer service but is Friday afternoon and none works till Monday. Wrote them more than 24 hours ago and no answer. My question is, why someone doesn’ Solve this glitch and everyone should wait days until the problem is solved?! My money are locked for the next 3 days. Good job PayPal.

Sent 5 messages to the customer service, got 4 responses. My issues wasn’t solved. All phone lines are closed at PayPal. My account is locked in the last 2 weeks. On the replies they’re saying that I will be contacted by the right department in 1-3 days, but still nothing.
