Hi there, does anyone else have any problems with charges that are so difficult to cancel?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Hi Kernowless,

 

Thanks for your quick reply, but you won't believe me that I finally got through after posting this.

To be honest, it turned out to be okay too. It took a 6min phone call to the USA and I did get my refund agreed.

I received a confirmation email moments later. So, all in all, a good 6mins work. Thanks again.
