By now I have realised that I've been scammed - after reading about so many others who have.
How do we get Paypal to block these **bleep**? And also how do I escalate my claim to the next level for attention by Paypal please?
<REMOVED>
So mad (with myself right now) for failing to do the research before making the purchase.
I got totally sucked in by the pretty pictures. I am not expecting to get my money back but would like to prevent this well organised group of **bleep** from scamming thousands more like me. One easy way would be for companies like FB, IG and Paypal to put a blanket block on their advertising.
How do I get Paypal's urgent attention to this please? Have tried ringing and submitting a claim but no response.
TIA
TIA

I purchased an item on a web site called " Ailsary. It looks legit. AIlsary.com. Its been three weeks and I am in limbo. It appered on my credit card immediatly as Pay pal. Xzz* Co Ltd. No phone number to call. I have written six times. Why is Pay Pal allowing this. When I checked out I had the option of paying with my credit card. which I did. Now I have no way of disputing this through Pay Pal

I agree - why is Paypal still allowing these scum scammers to process transactions through them.
My hope is that the more people who add their experiences to this thread the better able we're able to shut down Xzz permanently.

I think you report straight to PayPal. It's a cumbersome process but worth perservering.
The more that complain the merrier. Unbeliveable they're are still getting away with robbing people online.

I too was scammed back in December of 2020. I ordered 2 pair of boots from this company without first doing my research. There is no record of it going through PayPal, yet it shows up on my bank statement from PayPal XZZ CO LTD. I have never received any of the items, PayPal can't find the charge so therefore can't dispute it. I am at my wits end with this. There is $85.00 I will never see again unless PayPal decides to stop doing business with this ripoff of a company!!!

OMG!! How on earth do Xzz keep getting away with their scams? Makes you wonder if Paypal is in on it?
Enough complaints have been made now for them to ban trading with them.
Sorry for your financial loss but thanks for sharing your experience here - each story shared creates overwhelming evidence. Can't wait for the day Paypal takes action!

Sorry for your scam experience. Apart from hounding and hounding Paypal I'm not sure what the solution is.
Maybe a website dedicated to exposing them? But who's got time for that?!
Thanks for sharing your experience. One day we'll catch the **bleep** out!
