BAN all trades with this scamming bunch of thieves: Xzz co ltd. aka SUSIECLOTHS aka VARIED SHOES

By now I have realised that I've been scammed - after reading about so many others who have.

How do we get Paypal to block these **bleep**? And also how do I escalate my claim to the next level for attention by Paypal please?

<REMOVED>

So mad (with myself right now) for failing to do the research before making the purchase.

I got totally sucked in by the pretty pictures. I am not expecting to get my money back but would like to prevent this well organised group of **bleep** from scamming thousands more like me. One easy way would be for companies like FB, IG and Paypal to put a blanket block on their advertising.

How do I get Paypal's urgent attention to this please? Have tried ringing and submitting a claim but no response.

TIA

TIA

Thanks for sharing your experience. I hope you get your money back too.

I'm sorry for your experience which seems to be that of many hundreds if not thousands. Please do escalate to a complaint with Paypal. The more that do the more they might be inclined to BLOCK Susiecloths or Xzz co ltd.

I got a message from this shipping company: http://www.ubismartparcel.com/en with a tracking number. To my surprise, it worked but the order has only just reached Shanghai. If I'd known I was dealing with an Asian company I would not have purchased. For several reasons - distance, quality of goods, language barrier, poor customer service being some. But I didn't do my due diligence so that's my fault. When I've got my head **bleep** on I normally do a better job of researching.

So I may be recieving the goods - but I'll need to wait another month before I will know for sure. In the meantime, the more time that passess the more likely Paypal are going to close the case.

So that's why it's good for others to share their experiences here.

Meanwhile I will continue to email Xzz co ltd as well as the freight company as well as Paypal until I get a resolve. Hope you can too! 🙂

I, too, am kicking myself for ordering from this site. The "brown" shoes I received are more of an orange/pink and feel as if they are made of paper. I have no hope of actually being able to return, nor is it really worth it at this point... but buyer beware from pinkfairys.com.

(Note: It took a full month to receive this product, so be patient).

I ordered on July 7th and my order has not progressed beyond the "order placed" status. When I questioned this through their email, they told me that it was a busy period and stuck in customs. When I asked for proof of shipping, the circular emails began, "we're sorry for the delay, we will respond in 24 hours". They're using Shop as a tracking service, and I can see clearly that the order is not in transit. If only I'd done some research before ordering shoes from these scammers. I've emailed over a dozen times over the last 2 days, I've asked 4 times for an invoice and proof of shipping. Nothing. I informed that I would report them to PayPal, and asked if the products (shoes) even existed. They replied with "don't believe the reviews, we're not scammers". Sounds EXACTLY what a scammer would say, so I raised a dispute with PayPal, AND THEN searched for reviews. I hope to get a resolution with PayPal. Please, do not order from this company.

I am so mad at myself also for falling into this trap. $200 I’m out… How do we get our money back. I have nothing from them only that they took my money.

Hi there, sorry for late response.

I took it up with Paypal until I got a response from Xzz co ltd. I just kept emailing and emailing and emailing until I got a response and the shipment delivered. The product was nothing like what they were advertising but I was glad to get 'something'.

Lesson now for me is to shop local or if going international from the well known reputable agencies.

I ordered a pair of brown shoes and the shoes arrived, but orange. I asked them how to return them and they told me I ordered my shoes from a different company, not them. Even though I attached a screen shot of my PayPal receipt that listed them as the seller. I doubt I'll fight it since sending them back will cost too much. I'm out $30. Lesson learned.

Nope. No refund AND PayPal continues to allow these people to scam consumers.

It’s the worst, the shoes get shipped from Los Angeles but they make you ship it back to China to get a refund. And there’s mention of this before you purchase. Can’t believe PayPal won’t ban them and help. Really surprising amd will make me think twice before buying online and not using a credit card that I can easily dispute later.
