I had ordered 10 Solar Flame Torches May 29,2020 It is mow 7/15/2020 . I have never received the Solar Flames from Bestka. I did notice that Paypal ruled against my claim some weeks ago and my asking for a refund. I guess if a company sends you nothing or a junk replacement for your order it is just okie dokie with PayPaL. I received no refund as requested. I will not be using PayPal for anything in the future or their PayPal credit card which is worthless. PayPal stinks!
