On July 7, 2020 I ordered 2 folding canopy lawn chairs for 39.98. They were shipped to me about 7 weeks later. Here's the problem. My lawn chairs were only bags for lawn chairs and the bags were small enough for the 2 of them to fit in an envelope 6"x 8". As with scam companies, the order was from a company called Irrperb but my money went to a company called Zhixin trading company. By the time I received the long awaited package, Facebook had deactivated the video ad for the item and the link to my purchase was not active. The part that bothers me the most is that we use PayPal as a safe method of purchase but when I disputed the claim and told my story, Pay Pal was only interested in the fact that seller could produce proof of delivery. I explained to them the size of the envelope that contained my bag but I might as well been talking to myself because Pay Pal only was interested in the fact that there was a proof of delivery. So now I can't trust Facebook advertising because they let fraudulent businesses advertise with them and I can't rust Pay Pal because they don't actually protect your interests either. https://www.paypal.com/resolutioncenter/PP-D-81636167 Maybe Pay Pal will take another look at this and take their responsibilities seriously but I'm not holding my breath. Oh yeah, there are 67 other people on Facebook who have had the same exact experience who have formed a group if you think this is just one angry person's rant. <removed>
