I accidentally bought from a fake lululemon website that looks quite legit and was the top result if you search "lululemon black friday" on Bing, see image below. I noticed it was fake right after I purchased it and disputed it on Paypal. I provided the fake website url and mentioned it is a fake website. My dispute was however rejected. I'd like to know what customer protection organization can provide more resources? I am interested in suing both Microsoft and Paypal.

How could you raise a dispute so quickly?
Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described?
Please don't say you opened unauthorised because if so...........
A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

This happened to me also. The fake retailer was posing as the 'official Lululemon website'. The options for filing a dispute were limited and I also filed as 'unauthorized activity', since I would not have authorized an order from an imposter. I couldn't select non receipt of goods at that point for example. However, time has gone on and sure enough, neither USPS nor I have received the goods. If I did I'm sure the would be knock-offs. I also 'I noticed it was fake right after I purchased it and disputed it on Paypal'. Note that the payment was transferred before the order confirmation or subsequent notice of shipment were sent. Legitimate retailers don't charge until they ship. Paypal has been notified about this website (lululemoulet.com), but ignores attempts to alert it to the fact that this 'retailer' is an imposter and continues to do profit from the scam business it runs. There also seems to be something not above board about the fact that the customer cannot raise a second complaint/dispute or even communication about a transaction.
