Can't confirm identity, can't withdraw money

I've had my PayPal account for 10 years (in Australia). The name I set it up with originally doesn't match my legal name (it's a fictional nickname). My account has my real email address, phone number, home address and verified bank account. I tried sending legal proof of identity documents to PayPal, but they said I can't change the name of my account to that of another person. I can't withdraw the balance of my account so long as my identity is not verified.

Is there any way at all to get my money out of my account?

I have this exact problem. i set my middle name as my first name and now i cant withdraw my money because my identity is """INCORRECT""" all the other information is correct. this has to be illegal!
