Can't open dispute - error

Hello.

 

I/m new here and I need some help.

Someone just broked my account and stolled my money to buy an airplain ticket. How he did that, Paypal? Where is the protection?

The ticket is on my name, from Valencia to Madrid, today at 17.10. But I'm in my contry, in ROMANIA!

I've ried many times to open a dispute but it's appear an error:

"Looks like something went wrong on our end. Let's try that again."

And again, and again, etc...

 

I sent an email to Paypal but the will answer me in 24 hours and I dont want to be late.

Someone can help me?

Try another browser or device to open a dispute and if not then...........


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

After 6 hours and after messages via Facebook, the Resolution Center was enable to open dispute. Now I wait. Thanks for help. The topic can be close.
