Cannot send or withdraw funds after limitations were lifted. How can I use my account again?

I had limitations put on my account because of security issues (stupid on my part), but I sent through various documents and they removed limitations. But it's telling me I cannot send or withdraw at the minute?! I've been trying to sort it out all day, sent them multiple messages and they haven't responded!! Does anyone know how I can get my account back to normal? Seems to be a serious flaw in the system. I should be able to access my own money whenever I want, yet they're stopping me from doing so, even after the security changes I updated. Any solutions?
