I opened a case asvthe merchandise refusing to paying me back for not providing services, and PayPal also not securing our purchase . they close the case without asking me further information. Just by getting information from seller and without confirmation with buyers the close the case !!! That's shows how unsecure is my card and account details with PayPal Looking for legal advice
