Charged for PLAYSTATION NETWORK GIFT CARD BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE CODE

Hi,
My card was charged 20.26 Euros by PAYPAL with Description MARK PAYPAL PPPL. I never received the code and also I have never received an email with the transaction, in my paypal account the transaction is not displayed I can only see it in e-banking account:
I exchange messages through PayPal app with Paypal and I cannot find a solution. Their support sucks, they keep forwarding generic messages that hasn't got to do with my case. Anyone else with this issue? I am very disappointed by PayPal.

Did you log in to PayPal account to pay for the gift card? Did you even make this purchase? If you did not, contact your card issuer to dispute the charge so PayPal limit the account that is using your card info. I logged in my account. I made the purchase. The problem is that I was not emailed the Gift Card's code nor the transaction made....They just charged my card and also the transaction does not appear in my PayPal transactions.

Oh gosh, I just saw they removed the customer service contact info...maybe go to your PayPal home site: Greece and click "help and contact" at the bottom and then on the Help page, type "gift card" in the search box in your language to look for help with PayPal gift cards.

- Instant payment via PayPal MERCHANDISE in Payments Archives
- Duplicated charge on Paypal but only one product received. in Disputes and Limitations Archives
