I used Craftsy years ago. I purchased classes and patterns which were supposed to be mine forever. From time to time over the years I would login to use the patterns. Recently I received an email from a company called Blueprint. They informed me that they had taken over Craftsy. They also said that they were going out of business in July. They said they renewed my membership. I checked with and sure enough I was charged $120.00 for a yearly membership without my knowledge. The company was well aware they would be out of business. I started a claim with PayPal. They said I needed to contact the company which I have to no avail. What is my next step. I feel this is fraud. Also I logged into my Craftsy account and all my classes and patterns are gone. I have the ability to purchase more but everything I paid for is gone. Please help me if you can.
