Charged twice by Adobe

Hello,

Yesterday, I was notified as usual that I was charged by Adobe for my monthly subscription. But when I opened Photoshop, I was told to pay to keep using it. I had to check on their website to resolve it and tells me to update my payment option. I had to use PayPal still, and clicked the button to keep the payment option but got charged again instead. First charge by Adobe is in pending still and there doesn't seem to be any option to cancel it.

Someone help, please. Thanks.

When the pending transaction becomes listed as completed, click the most recent duplicate transaction and click “report a problem”. Then click “I have a billing issue”. Then click “Duplicate transaction” then follow the screen prompts. If PayPal does not credit one of the payments, go to Adobe and request a refund for one of the payments. If the first transaction stays pending for up to a week or even longer, it will drop off by itself in 30 days. If beyond 30 days ask PayPal customer service to void it.

Hit the bell icon in your account menu to message PayPal.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
