I ordered some products from China Tera about a month ago and I have not received it today is Easter Sunday 4 12 2020. I paid them in good faith $26.94 and I have not received any confirmation from them in packages from them and I’m frustrated. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Is there anyway I can get my money back or do I have to report them to the BBB. If anyone else is having trouble let me know if it got resolved or if you’re still messing with him.

Hope all is well and safe in this difficult time.
I'm so sorry to hear that you still have not received the item you have ordered a month ago and that you have not received any confirmation coming from the seller. Now what you have to do right now is file a dispute against the seller and this link might be of help I didn’t receive the item I purchased or it’s different from the description. and if in case you wish to contact our customer service they can be reach via email or chat.
All you have to do is login to your PayPal account and go to your Message Center look for the chat us option, or go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click "contact" it will route you to the page that say Contact Us and there should be Chat option as well.
Note: There's a slim chance to get a timely response as we are in skeletal staff due to emergency.
If it's still no response, then let's wait until our phone line becomes available. I hope i was able to assist you on your concern. Thank you for your patience and keep safe!

I have already disputed the purchase. You ruled against a refund even though there are several complaints on here. I have tried to dispute your decision or at least to provide proof of delivery but the system won't let me. No I am not going to use your frustrating automated Chat. A company as large as yourselves should have a real person dealing with your messenger service. Can you please provide me with a contact to look into this further.

I also got scammed by this company under the ebay seller name joytownonline. They have several usernames on ebay that all link to the same Chinatera PayPal account. I paid USD 213 for a product that they never shipped. They kept promising to give me the tracking number but never did. I was patient on ebay's advice due to the Coronavirus. That was another mistake. Because I was nice and kept giving them time to respond (which they eventually stopped) it went past the 60 day refund period. They're only response was "Please give us more time to check it." Of course they never gave me any real information or a tracking number.

I received two items that are no like anything I ordered. They were Christmas gifts and I am so disappointed. I wish I had seen these comments before I ordered.

I'm sure many others will come to this page as this company is 100% a SCAM company. They steal images from other sites, put up temporary websites selling wares they don't even sell. They then send you completely random unrelated cheap products (probably so they have a record of having sent you something), if they even send something based on others experiences. I'm sure they use other methods I haven't listed. In my case, my order didn't include a single item I ordered, but instead contained extremely low quality products and a poorly counterfeited set of Disney pajamas.
It should be noted that they host their scam sites on the Amazon AWS servers. If enough people file abuse complaints with Amazon, they will eventually be banned. Also report them to Paypal. If you have received anything Disney related, I would also recommend sending Disney details at their anti-piracy page, they are extremely aggressive in pursuing people who violate their copyrights.
Eventually, they will be shut down, but it requires enough people taking the steps to report them.

Yes I have had the same problem. I have emailed Chinatera several times no response. I disputed this with Paypal yet they say they have proof of delivery yet Paypal have not proved/Shared this info with me. The case is closed and I cannot seem to dispute this any further. Its clear from all the comments on here that this company scams customers so why are Paypal refusing to refund?
