Welcome to the PayPal Community! Timeframes may vary from case to case for disputes filed through your debit or credit card. It typically takes 30 days for PayPal to dispute the chargeback, but it may take your buyer's card company up to 75 days to fully resolve a chargeback and come to a final decision.
