Closing an open case

Hi, 

I have an esclated open case that solved and finally I received my item, but now I can not close the case because it has esclated and I haven’t found any place to close it.

1. If the seller has added a tracking number that shows delivery of your item then Paypal will close it when they review it.

2. You can contact customer services and ask them to close it as you now have your item.

3. If by any chance the seller has not provided tracking and Paypal refunds you then you can easily pay the seller again.
