Contacting Paypal

Hi there,

Ive had an issue with a seller which I took to the resolution centre and the case was closed in their favour.  This seller is a scammer and has stolen money from me but I seem to be unable to raise this anywhere.  I don't have the option to appeal the decision and when I've tried to email PayPal to raise the issue it wont send. I got an error message after spending ages typing the email.  Anyone have any clue how to contact someone?

I did as well seller apparently provided proof it was delivered. They accepted. Complete rubbish I have a camera and no sight of what seller provided. It was a complete scam. I have never complained. Cancelling pay Pal no point no protection. It was only 21.99 US dollars which should have rung warning bells.

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the seller provide tracking?

What was the reason for the claim being closed?
