DRO Debt Relief Order and Paypal

After using PayPal credit for some time and a big change in my circumstances I applied for DRO and this, went through in March. So until yesterday, I was still able to send and receive PayPal payments for eBay and friends using my debit card. Last night I came to make a payment to someone to find I can no longer use my PayPal account. There is nothing in the resolution centre to tell me why the account can't be used for everyday buying/selling. Does anyone have a valid email address or telephone number for me to contact them as the links to message them don't seem to be working. Thank you.

Did you ever sort this out? I have the same issue and have been told I cannot use it for the duration of the debt relief order

It stands for the duration, but what I was told you can open another account using a different email address, bank account and card numbers.

I have the same problem I can't use my debit card to make any transactions and also finding it near impossible to contact PayPal
