I too opened a dispute on May 1st, totally fraudulent, and a scam. The Airpods they sent are fake copies. They kept offering discounts of $6-$8 and I demanded a total refund. I did not want to be responsible for shipping back to China and wait for a refund on a fraudulent transaction. Pay Pal should not support them and cancel their payments and close account. They have sent me some address in Chinese language to ship and it is tough communicating with Pay Pal, might end up dealing with AMEX. Anyway lot of waste of time and that is what the seller is betting on and will make out with a huge profit selling fake Airpods.

I have been waiting an answer from Chinese vendor, I gave them 3 days to respond in refunding my money. In the mean time, I am pursuing the complaint through PayPal to get my money back. In addition, I am going expose these corrupt vendors (theshyl.com) via PayPal, Facebook and Instagram. Pass the word to your friends and family not to buy anything from China.

I have the same problem. Defective airpods. poor sound quality and the noise cancellation does not work. The sound drops out regularly. I contacted them through paypal and they offered $6 credit. I filed a claim with paypal, but the said since I recieved the product the case is closed. It is impossible to talk with Paypal customer service since the Covid 19 crisis. I'm filing a new claim directly wiht my Visa. I hope that helps. I knew it was to good to be true at $75.99

PayPal should not allow these fraud businesses originating from foreign countries without investigating them. I found PayPal totally irresponsible not exposing its members to this dilemma. I also have a claim against theshyl.com for refund of $75.99 so let's see what happens. Keep your fingers crossed.

I lost money 75.99,The seller keep changing his addresses and emails every Buyer.Seller using the COVID to take advantage you..When i return The packages was refused, did not put the correct address,This is the return address he wrote it <removed> was Refused..he’s using Paypal to get a Customer.

I’m also having a problem getting a refund for the fake iPod Pros from TheShyl. Shame on Facebook for letting them advertise for these. Of course people are going to buy them. It shows Apple logo on the box, in the ad and on the website. But the pair I received didn’t have the Apple logo on the box I also noticed on Facebook that a new company is selling these fake IPod Pro’s for $55.00. It’s wrong and a rip-off!! The company is Maximo Fascinating (maxcbf.com) You can see it on their website. If anyone gets through and gets a refund please let us know.
