While trying to purchase an item from se bikes the money was sent to an individual that is not related to the site. I was not able to check the funds recipient until the transaction was complete. This "is" the definition of an unauthorized transaction in my book. PayPal rejected the dispute. How do I make them understand what has occurred so I can get my money back?

To paypal the definition of an unauthorised transaction is that someone else accesed you Paypal account and made the transaction. Once your dispute closed you cant reopen it yourself I had the same thing happen to me. They didnt reply to me at first in the messenge center but i contacted them via @askpaypal via Twitter there they did reply quickly they did reopen my dispute and changed it to product not received. Because the site i ordered on Homekasba didnt send track and trace and didnt respond on any message. The seller was contaced by paypal and on the end of the time that they could reply i received a full refund
