Discounts super store scam

I ordered a laptop computer from what I thought was a legitimate company using my Pay pal account.  The day after I wanted to cancel because I tried contacting customer service from the merchant "Discounts super store" and could not reach them, I looked for a telephone number but there was none.  I have contacted PayPal about unauthorized use/scam.  Paypal came back with no help.  I never received the item.

Only deal with Paypal or your bank.

thanks for your tip!!! i'll sue paypal through my bank for fraud and for threatening me with extra interest via a third party. i cant believe that the scam website is still working (with paypal)!

I did that and Paypal did nothing to help.  Paypal is no better than Discountssuperstore.com.

My bank wouldn't do anything because it was too late to stop payment.  I filed a dispute with Paypal and their comment is sorry for your luck.  Paypal is a joke!

I don't know how much time went by, but contact your bank and start a dispute.  They are aware of the scam.  The bank can electronically

reverse the charge.  Make copies of any transactions you've had with discount super store, and the difficulty you had trying to get a refund.

This has been going on for over a year.  I notified my bank and gave them copies of the order and the supposed ship date of the laptop a week after I ordered the laptop and never received it.  They said it was too late to stop payment on the funds and for me to contact Paypal to get them to refund my money.  By looking at the responses on here we all know Paypal isn't going to do anything and Discountssuperstore keeps scamming more and more people through Paypal!

If you haven't had previous issues the bank should help.  Show them the correspondence from paypal.  I know they don't want to get involved,

but banks and paypal know the scammers.  The problem with the way the pp transaction went through looked like you knew the person you were

sending the money to.  I stayed with the matter; I wrote to pp and gave my bank all my papers, and I was starting a dispute with the attorney general of

the state discount super store operated from.  A lot of time went by, but in the end the bank made the final decision.  Good luck.

You do realize that Discountssuperstore is not in this country don't you.  They are from another country, probably Indonesia or India.  I gave my bank all of the paperwork from Paypal and still nothing.  I did not send it through Friends and Family.  The scammers illegally accessed my computer and made the transaction.
