Dispute Closed, Proof That I Didn't Receive Item

I have recently purchased an item off of Banggood.com. The item was out of stock so I was asked what I wanted to do with the order. I clicked cancel. I later chose to repurchase the item, and a few weeks later the item was successfully shipped to me. However, I had opened a case for the first order because I had not received a refund for cancelling the order. The temporary refund I was given had been taken back because supposedly the merchant confirmed that the "merchandise was delivered". However, I know that I only received one of the product. I even have proof on my account that there is only one tracking number. However, since my case was denied, I cannot reopen a case. Is there anything I can do?
