Dispute Facebook ticket scam

I was scammed yesterday for £120 for concert tickets that a guy on Facebook was selling. He gave me no reason not to trust, even providing screenshots of the order number, how many tickets he had etc... I think it's a little ridiculous that if it's sent under friends and family nothing at all can be done.

Hi JackMerry94,

The friends and family payment option is a gift transaction. It is intended for friends and family to send funds to each other as a present for birthdays/Christmas or to split a lunch bill. This was created for customers who have family members overseas as an easier way to transfer money to them faster and without fees.

If a buyer uses this option to purchase goods or pay for a service, they are breaching the Acceptable Use Policy on PayPal. As there is no fee applied to the transaction, no Buyer Protection will be applied.
