I ordered an authentic item from China and received a fake instead. I opened a dispute and I’ve been advised I’ll get a full refund once I’ve returned the items - however the cost for me to return them will be almost as much as the refund. I don’t understand why I should be returning at my cost when the fault lies with the seller. Has anyone successfully argued this with paypal? This dispute has also been sitting with PayPal since May. Thanks
