amount was deducted without my knowledge or approval. I'm dealing with MyUS and they used Access USA shipping, LLC to send item from USA to Oman for USD 140. Item was sent to Oman and then was returned back without informing me. More to that, they charged me 1068 dollars without my knowledge or approval on 29 Nov. They did not ask for permission to use my account for the second time. Opended dispute shortly After.
now after I opened the dispute case on Paypal, MyUS is holding my item unless I drop the case. This is twisting my hand
Unable to pass this information to Paypal.
How long should I wait have this dispute solved? Or how to contact paypal?
Also, I do not want to lose my item.
