Hi. I have a question. I got sent an item that was not as described and I know the seller didn’t want to give me a refund but PayPal issued it. I’m going to return the item today but I have a feeling the seller will say it is different out of spite or so I don’t get my money back when I haven’t done anything to the item. Please does anyone know if this is common will I get my money once I upload the tracking and it’s been shown as received ?

They may do but its their word against yours and normally once tracking shows as delivered you should get a refund.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
