I got scammed by the same company and I'm currently in a dispute for the exact same product. They sent me the same piece of **bleep** $2 plastic pump.
I have a picture of my original order if you need a picture of the electric pump. Not sure how we can exchange information safely though.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Open a dispute for item received but not as described but if you win you may have to return it first so make sure you have activated the below link.
https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
Lastly if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you may have the option of a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Has anyone seen the updated Paypal policy? ....
- For “Significantly Not as Described” claims under our Seller Protection Policy, sellers may not receive the item back, or may be required to accept the item back and pay for the return shipping costs.
Clearly this would assist against this company, but probably too late for many already ripped off 😞
