Evening folks, I have been a Spotify premium customer for a while now without any issues, but my November subscription charge of £14.99 was taken twice, but only one charge shows on my Spotify payment history. Because of this Spotify say they didn't take the money twice but I have 2 transactions completed both on Paypal and the bank account. It's a difficult issue to report through the Resolution centre itself and Spotify will not refund the second charge. Am I as well just deleting the subscription and using someone else?

I'm having the same problem. I have a transaction that is showing on both my Paypal account and my bank account.

Unfortunately the money is gone, they told me they didn't have it and that was the end of it. No amount of proof I provided was enough.
