Etsy purchase dispute

I purchased some coffee mugs on Etsy, the were delivered with an error on the Logo. Ive filed a dispute with PayPal, the seller will refund but I have to ship the items back.

The issue is I bought from a Etsy shop in the USA (shipping details/tracking also showed this) but now I have to return items to Vietnam. The Etsy sellers name also has changed from what was on the Etsy shop.

Please help with suggestions.

A lot of sellers have despatch depots in many countries but return depots in one country only ie their headquarters.

Have you activated this........
