FRAUD - Beware of Shenzhen Ozhuo Technology Co., Ltd.

I purchased a puzzle online and seeing it linked to Paypal gave me the safety to do so as I felt protected. I also paid express shipping as it was a birthday gift. After not receiving the item for over a month I opened a claim in Paypal. They contacted the seller and they finally sent "something". I received a completely different product and in damaged conditions. I called Paypal and changed the claim. It's been a month and I nothing has happened. The seller keeps emailing saying they want to send me 10% for the "trouble" which is absolutely unacceptable. Paypal should step up and be responsible. There are almost 50 fraud complains about this company and it blows my mind that they still have them as sellers. Att his point they should take responsibility and remove them from Paypal and also make them pay all the money they have stolen.

I have filed an IC3 complaint but doubt it will go anywhere. I am so disappointed and frustrated as to how this issue is being handled. I need my money 100% refunded now.

I had a similiar issue with this company operating as Brasspro.com. I ordered a puzzle, the order showed a different puzzle and I immediately email, asked them to cancel the order. No reply from their customer service account, until a month and a half. This was only after I opened a complaint with PayPal. Then they offered me a 1/2 price refund.  I should have taken that, in the end it would cost $28 USD to send back a $23 USD puzzle. I am seriously considering closing my paypal account.

I also bought 3 puzzles from them. They only sent two, which were the EXACT same puzzle.

I agree Paypal should drop these bait and switch Chinese scam companies.  As it is I wrote to Paypal and told them I am NEVER using them again. All my business will go to Amazon and Amazon Prime accunt.

Bait and switch scammer. Lost almost $40 without PayPal helping at all. Seller writes voluminous emails of apology (find out who it is only when you file a dispute) about their quality control and offering ever-deepening discounts on a product I never received. They never offered to send the puzzle I ordered.  Ordered a 1000 piece colorful puzzle. Received a gray round moon puzzle worth 1/3 of the money they cheated me out of. Their solution is I return the puzzle to China before they refund my money. I feel like I am being held hostage and, as they hoped I would, I have given up. Spend the $40 wisely scammer.
